HOW FAST WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping will typically take 6-7 working days (National) after the payment has cleared however delivery times may change during peak periods. International posts may take 10-12 working days. All items purchased will be posted via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery and you will recieve a tracking number in your email receipt allowing you to track your purchase.

If the size is available in stock it will be available in the drop down box. IF IT DOES NOT HAVE (SOLD OUT) NEXT TO THE SIZE THEN THE ITEM IS IN STOCK. If for some reason you have ordered an item that is out of stock, you will be notified and if the order has been placed then your money will be returned.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RE-STOCK?

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes, we offer a five-day return policy.

1. Contact us about your return within five days of receiving your jumper.

2. Let us know whether you want a refund or a replacement jumper of equal or lesser value.

3. Ship your hat to our address that will be given when contacted.

4. Once we receive the returned jumper, and providing it is a re-sellable condition, we will send you your refund to your Paypal account or a replacement jumper if requested.
